If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide a 48-hr notice; otherwise you will VOID YOUR DEPOSIT.
Have pets? Not a problem
We charge a pet fee for the care of pet hair for all floors. Vacuuming of any furniture is extra.
Forget to leave the key for us?
We understand that mornings become hectic sometimes but it is very imperative that a key is left for us when that entry is agreed upon; otherwise, you will be subject to a charge of $35.
If we find it too dangerous to venture out due to rain, snow or tornadoes, you will receive a phone call or email notifying you of this information. We will then reschedule your cleaning for the earliest date possible.
**Please ensure that all items are off floors and all counter tops are free of clutter. Any surfaces that you would like dusted should also be clear of ALL items. In addition, we do not move furniture due to safety and liability reasons. We can vacuum under sofas, etc. as long as these items are already moved.
